We offer replacement only in cases of manufacturing defects.
- Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact
- Clear photos/videos of the defect must be shared for verification
- Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
Please note: Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.
💸 Refund Policy (Wrong Item Delivered)
If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.
- Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
- Share unboxing proof (images/video) showing the incorrect item
- Once verified, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method
📦 Return Conditions
For any approved return or replacement:
- The item must be returned in its original packaging with tags (if applicable)
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or tampering will not be accepted
- Returns are subject to quality inspection once received by us
🚚 Return Process
- Once your request is approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or guide you with return instructions
- In case reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product
