We offer replacement only in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with packaging intact
  • Clear photos/videos of the defect must be shared for verification
  • Once approved, we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost

Please note: Minor variations in color, texture, or finish due to lighting or screen differences are not considered defects.


💸 Refund Policy (Wrong Item Delivered)

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, you are eligible for a refund.

  • Report the issue within 48 hours of delivery
  • Share unboxing proof (images/video) showing the incorrect item
  • Once verified, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method

📦 Return Conditions

For any approved return or replacement:

🚚 Return Process

  • In case reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be required to self-ship the product
